Bonus Terms
These Bonus Terms explain how promotions work at Ontario Casino, from opting in to turning bonus money into cash. They sit alongside our Terms of Use, and the conditions shown with each offer in your account also apply.
A. General rules
Every promotion follows these rules plus the conditions shown with the offer.
Our Promotions and VIP areas list deposit bonuses, bonus spins and other offers. Every offer comes with its own conditions, covering things like which games qualify, wagering requirements and time limits. Where an offer's conditions and these Bonus Terms disagree, the offer's conditions take priority for that promotion. Until wagering is complete, bonus money stays in its own balance, distinct from the cash you hold, and cash is always wagered first.
In Ontario, incentives cannot be advertised publicly, so our offers are only shown after you register and log in.
B. Expiry
Offers have a time limit, and unused bonuses lapse when it ends.
You need to activate the welcome offer no more than 7 days after registering. Other offers state their own deadline in the offer details. If you do not activate a bonus, or do not finish its wagering, within the stated period, we remove the bonus together with any winnings from it. Your own deposited money is never removed.
C. Who can take part
Promotions are for verified adult players in Canada.
To receive bonuses, you must be 19 or over, be in Canada where local law allows it, and hold a single verified Ontario Casino account. Except where an offer says otherwise, each person, payment method and device can claim it just one time. Paused or self-excluded accounts are not sent offers and do not have them credited. Accounts going through identity or payment checks may have offers withheld.
D. Maximum bet during bonus play
A stake cap applies until wagering is complete.
Bonus funds carry a cap on the stake for each round, spin or hand you play. You will find that figure listed with the offer in your account. Wagering above it can lead us to withdraw the bonus, plus any winnings that came from it.
E. Bonus abuse and voiding
Bonuses are for genuine play, and misuse voids them.
The following counts as bonus abuse:
- Creating additional accounts, or using someone else's details, to obtain an offer more than once.
- Staking equal amounts on opposing outcomes so that wagering is cleared without risk.
- Using staking patterns built only to exploit bonus rules, such as tiny bets to build wagering and large bets once the cap is lifted.
- Playing excluded games, or breaking the stake cap, to gain an advantage.
- Using bots or automated tools.
If we find bonus abuse, we can cancel the bonus, reclaim any winnings from it, exclude you from future offers and act under our Terms of Use.
F. Only one bonus running
You can have just one bonus in progress.
You can start a new bonus only after your current one is complete, has lapsed, or you have forfeited it. To switch, you can forfeit the active bonus from your account, but that cancels it and whatever it has won.
G. Current welcome offer
100% up to C$250 plus 250 Bonus Spins on your first deposit.
On your first deposit you receive a 100% bonus up to C$250 plus 250 bonus spins. The main details:
- 100% first deposit match up to C$250.
- 250 bonus spins included.
- Minimum deposit: C$5.
- Activate within 7 days of registration.
- Each deposit carries a 25x wagering requirement. Only eligible games count toward it, and table games contribute just 8%.
The offer is shown in your account after you log in, together with the list of eligible games for the bonus spins.
H. Maximum conversion
Some offers cap how much bonus play can be converted to cash.
On certain promotions, only part of a completed bonus balance can be turned into cash, and the offer details show that cap where it applies. Anything above the cap is lost when the balance converts. If an offer says there is no cap, none applies.
I. Opting in
You choose which offers to take.
Bonuses are added only after you opt in, by ticking the bonus box when you deposit or by switching the offer on in your account. To play using cash only, simply leave the box empty. Opting in means you accept the offer details, so read them closely before you confirm.
J. Wagering contributions by game type
Wagering of 25x your deposit applies, and table games count at 8%.
For the welcome offer, you need to wager 25 times your deposit amount on eligible games before the bonus can convert to cash. Each bet on an eligible game counts toward that total at the rate set for its game type:
- Eligible games: contribute to wagering at the percentage set out in the offer details.
- Table games: 8% of each stake counts.
- Games outside the eligible list: no contribution.
Your account shows, whenever you look, how much of the wagering requirement you have cleared and how much is still outstanding. If you request a withdrawal while the requirement is unmet, the bonus is removed, and so are the winnings it generated.
K. Changes
We can update these Bonus Terms, but never a bonus you have already claimed without telling you.
We update these terms when our promotions, the law or our services change. Each updated version is posted on this page, dated. An update will not lower the worth of a bonus you have already opted into, unless the law requires it or we find abuse. Please email any questions to help@ontariocasino.app.
